This is a research site. We are learning how work gear and personal protective equipment fit women in the trades. Product concepts described here are plans, not finished goods.

Nothing is for sale through this site today. Any payment configuration present is a sandbox test setup only, and no real charge is made. Submitting a form does not place an order, reserve a product, create a contract, or promise free gear, a discount, a pilot spot, or a prototype.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or submit information through it.

• Give accurate information when you create an account.
• Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your account.
• Tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your sign-in.

• Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or harassing content.
• Do not submit someone else's personal information, measurements, or photos without their permission.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or areas that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the site or its security controls.
• Do not use the site to send spam or to advertise unrelated products.

We may suspend or remove access if the site is misused.

The text, layout, graphics, illustrations, and the “Fit For Her Work Gear” working name and mark on this site belong to the project and its founder. Please do not copy, republish, or use them as your own. Referring to the project in commentary or news coverage is fine.

Research submissions are voluntary. By submitting research or fit responses, you give us permission to analyze them and to use them in aggregated or de-identified form to understand fit problems, improve product plans, and describe what the research found.

You keep ownership of your own material. Nothing here transfers ownership of your personal story, quotes, photos, or other content, and we will not attribute a story or publish an identifiable quote or photo unless you separately agree in writing.

Content on this site is general information about fit and gear. It is not safety consulting, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for your employer's safety program, a competent person's judgment, or a manufacturer's instructions. Always follow your employer's rules, your site's requirements, and the personal protective equipment standards and manufacturer instructions that apply to your work. We do not certify or rate any product on this site.

This is an early-stage site. Pages, forms, and features may change, move, or be taken down without notice, and the site may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this research site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The project is based in Maine, United States. Unless the law that applies to you requires otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Maine. This statement is not a waiver of any consumer rights you have where you live.
