Privacy Policy

This notice applies to people who use this website: workers who complete research forms or create a worker account, employers and safety staff who ask about a future pilot, and anyone who emails us through the address on this page. It does not cover other companies' websites or your employer's own safety programs and records.

• Contact and account details you provide, such as name, email address, and account sign-in information.
• Trade and employment context, such as your trade, years of experience, state, and whether you are an apprentice, student, or employed.
• Voluntary research and fit responses, including survey answers about how current gear fits and what you settle for today.
• Optional measurements and preferences you choose to enter in a Fit Profile, including sizing details, fit notes, and color or style preferences.
• Employer or organization details submitted by employers and safety staff, such as organization name, contact person, role, size of field crews, and pilot interest.
• Basic technical and security data created when you use the site, such as request and error information used to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.

Optional fields are optional. You can skip questions and still take part in the research.

• To understand how personal protective equipment fits women in the trades, and where it does not.
• To operate accounts, save your own Fit Profile for you, and respond to messages you send us.
• To plan future products and a possible employer-sponsored kit program, and to prepare for future fulfillment if and when that begins.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising or targeted advertising.

Under the current access design, an employer or safety-team account can see status information only: whether an invitation was sent or accepted, whether a Fit Profile is complete, and kit or order status and tracking where that exists.

Employers, HR staff, managers, and coworkers cannot see your body measurements, sizing details, fit notes, or private research responses. Those are stored under your own worker account and are not exposed to any employer-facing screen or query.

A small number of authorized people — currently the founder — can sign in to an internal dashboard to review research results and operate the service. That access is role-restricted and is used for research analysis, support, and security, not for sharing individual information with employers.

• Supabase — authentication, database, and backend infrastructure.
• Website platform and hosting provider — application development and hosting infrastructure for this site.
• Stripe — payment processing, used only where sandbox test payments are configured, and only if and when live payments are enabled in the future.

These providers process information on our behalf so the site can run. Payment card details are not stored by this app. If payments are enabled later, Stripe will process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy, and any data we send to Stripe is limited to opaque identifiers — not measurements, fit notes, or research responses.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not trade it for advertising value.

There is no vendor or manufacturer integration today. No supplier receives your information from this site.

If fulfillment begins in the future, any sharing with a vendor would be limited to what is necessary to make and ship gear, would be described on this page before it is used, and would be handled with appropriate notice and choice.

We keep information only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for: research analysis, running your account and the service, security, legal requirements, or preparing for future fulfillment.

We review what we hold periodically and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed. We do not currently promise a fixed retention period or an automated deletion schedule, and we will not claim one until the service actually enforces it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and describe your request. We will confirm receipt and handle it manually, and we may need to ask a question or two to make sure we are acting on the right records. Some information may be kept where we have a legal reason to keep it.

We use safeguards including role-based access controls, database-level access rules, and separation between worker fit information and anything employer accounts can read. No website or service can promise perfect security, and we do not make that promise. Nothing on this page is a certification, an audit result, or a statement of compliance with any particular framework.

This site is operated from the United States, and information is processed in the United States by the providers listed above. If you use the site from elsewhere, you understand your information will be handled here.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we will remove it.

As the project moves from research toward real products, this notice will change. We will update the effective date at the top, and we will describe new data sharing here before it starts.
